Pilot5.ai for Who?

ESG, Sustainability & CSRD Teams

Sustainability reporting became a liability when it became law.
Five independent AI models test every claim before you publish.

For the reporting lead assembling the statement. For the sustainability manager who owns the double-materiality call. For the finance and legal reviewers who sign off before it goes on the record.

Positions grounded in the current texts — CSRD, taxonomy, sector standards. Disclosures that survive assurance and public scrutiny. Confidentiality on pre-publication data. A record of the reasoning behind every materiality call. And a tool that arms your judgment instead of replacing it.

A single AI gives one confident answer, in the same tone whether it cites the standard or invents it — and a model trained to agree with you validates your materiality assessment instead of testing it. On a disclosure that carries legal exposure and the company's name, that is a risk.

Step 1

The companion builds the brief with you.

The reporting scope and the entities inside it. The double-materiality call and how you reached it. The taxonomy and sector standards that apply. Your assurance provider, and the publication date you are working back from.

Step 2

Research and retrieval fire in parallel.

  • EPA US environmental data and reporting requirements
  • SEC US issuer filings and climate-related disclosure
  • Federal Register · eCFR US regulatory text
  • EUR-Lex CSRD and EU sustainability reporting legislation
  • IEA energy and emissions data for cross-border reporting
  • OECD due-diligence and responsible-business guidance

Every claim carries a provenance tag. [SOURCED] means traced to a verified reference. [INFERRED] means analytical inference — flagged automatically. Claims that cannot be traced are labelled as inference, never presented as fact.

Step 3

Five frontier AI perspectives deliberate, each through a calibrated mandate.

  • The Architect maps the disclosure — reporting scope, the applicable sector standards, and where the taxonomy criteria actually bind.
  • The Strategist reads the regulatory direction of travel and how peers and public scrutiny will receive the published position.
  • The Engineer works the underlying figures, the boundaries and the sensitivity of every number that reaches the statement.
  • The Counsel surfaces the legal exposure in the wording and what an assurance provider would question first.
  • The Contrarian sole mandate: argue this materiality call is wrong, and name the claim that fails under scrutiny.

Five complete analyses. Five distinct angles. Not five versions of the same answer. Then they challenge each other, anonymously. Then they converge — and when one perspective refuses to, that dissent is preserved rather than averaged away.

Output:GO / PIVOT / NO GO / INSUFFICIENT BASIS · Confidence score · Decision matrix · Minority Report · Testable predictions.

Questions Pilot5.ai helps with

  • Does our double-materiality call hold up, or did we settle it before we tested it?
  • Which claims in this disclosure cannot be traced back to a current text?
  • Where would the assurance provider push back on our reporting boundary?
  • What in this statement reads defensibly internally but badly in public?
  • What is the strongest argument that we should not publish this as written?

Common questions

Is our reporting and value-chain data confidential?
Reporting content is never used to train any AI model. A pseudonymization layer replaces personal and supplier identifiers with reversible tokens before the models see them, restoring them only in your result — automated detection reduces what reaches a provider, though it cannot guarantee elimination. Each deliberation leaves a timestamped record you can retrieve by ID, which is useful when a disclosure has to be defended to an assurance provider. Retention periods and Zero Data Retention mode are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Does it replace our reporting platform or our assurance provider?
No. The platform collects the data; this argues whether the position taken on it survives — the materiality call, the boundary, the estimate an auditor will push on. Pilot5.ai does not provide assurance or legal advice.
What does it cost to run on a disclosure?
The estimate is shown before the deliberation runs, reserved at launch, settled on completion, with any excess refunded. Current rates are on the pricing page.

Do not take our word for it. Run your own deliberation on a question you know well.

Read how five independent models handle it, then decide what it is worth.
